Louise Crowley

Louise Crowley is a voice and communication coach and the founder of BeSpoke Coaching. She has over fifteen years’ experience working with executives up to board level and regularly gives talks on presence and personal impact. Her work on leadership development programmes for many pharma companies – including Novartis, Roche and Takeda – has taken her all over the world. As well as business executives, she has also coached broadcast journalists for the BBC and Bloomberg. Louise is a qualified voice coach with an MA in Voice Studies and an IPA diploma in phonetics. Prior to becoming a coach, she was a television continuity announcer and voice artist. This experience has given her a unique understanding of how to use the voice to engage, influence and inspire. She believes that how we communicate is what we communicate and that by learning to leverage our voice and presence, we can have a more consistently positive impact on others. Louise is originally from New Zealand but has been based in London since 1990. She is passionate about theatre and film, a keen exponent of yoga and has been known to run the occasional marathon. She also volunteers some of her spare time to help women from disadvantaged backgrounds prepare for job interviews.
