Having won gold in Barcelona 1992, he returned to win Bronze in London 2012. Greg supports organisations from the corporate and public sector including the NHS, charities, and sports such as the FA and the R&A.

In this 1 hour Olympic special, weaving in a range of learnings for the audience, Greg will talk about his personal journey to winning gold in Barcelona in 1992, then placing 3rd and 4th in 1996 and 2000. He will discuss his transition to sailing in the America’s Cup and unlearning some things along the way. Coming back for London 2012 and ultimately winning Bronze, as Team GB won 29 Gold medals. He will talk about life after sport, being a father and a sports personality.
