What is your focus at Eradigm?
I use my analytical background and previous consulting experience to support biopharma companies solve their most fundamental challenges throughout the market access and ensure patients can access new treatments

I largely collaborate with commercial, value, and access teams and market research teams at Big Pharma and small to mid-size biotech companies
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
Aalia’s expertise spans Market Access Strategy, particularly in pricing analysis, demand forecasting, and launch sequencing using secondary research and payer interviews to inform strategic decision making
What did you do before Eradigm?
Prior to joining Eradigm, Aalia supported multiple projects in life sciences and across financial services and consumer goods across commercial strategy, organizational strategy and operating model design, process re-engineering and operational excellence, supply chain analysis, cost optimisation, and EBITDA improvement
What are your passions outside of work?
Outside of work, Aalia is an enthusiastic cook and enjoys experimenting with new flavours and cultures. In her spare time, you can find her exploring London’s newest restaurants, spending time with her family, and trying to keep her plants alive
