What is your focus at Eradigm?
My focus at Eradigm is to build a HR strategy that aligns with the overall growth strategy of the business, fostering an inclusive culture, developing and supporting our employees to achieve their full potential.
Who do you work with?
In my HR role, I interact with everyone at Eradigm and work closely with the Partners to support the delivery of people-related processes, vision and strategy. I oversee the day to day run of the HR department and work with Senior Management Team to advise on complex ER cases and HR Policies, and also with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure business alignment on people related matters.
What did you do before Eradigm?
I have over 9 years of HR experience, mostly in the Life Sciences industry. My experience covers all aspects of HR, from employee life cycle, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition to HRIS and data analytics, ER and TUPE. I worked closely with leadership team providing them with the HR support and coaching needed to effectively manage their teams and Business Units.
What are your passions outside of work?
I enjoy travelling, I love to explore the local cuisine of the new places I visit and try to find out more about the local culture. I love Lego, so I always look for interesting and complex sets to build. I also enjoy playing mini golf, going to the cinema and reading self-development books.
