What is your focus at Eradigm?
My focus at Eradigm is to bring deep scientific expertise, clinical insight, and commercial acumen to deliver robust Market Access and Competitive Intelligence projects to my clients, driving the conversation forward and building a meaningful and collaborative approach in every engagement.
Who do you work with?
I predominantly work with global Commercial, Market Access and Intelligence leads from Top 5 Pharma companies, and often play an intermediary role between global and affiliate teams; garnering pertinent insights from local teams to ensure that global strategic decision-making is informed and appropriate, maximising the potential for success. I have also worked closely with start-ups, biotech, and policymakers.
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
I have broad and diverse expertise, including that of traditional Market Access (e.g. payer value dossiers, stakeholder mapping, payer research), product lifecycle management and long-term global CI monitoring, across a range of therapy areas and geographies. This includes for branded drugs, generics, biosimilars and innovative cell & gene therapies, informing decision-making at product, franchise, and corporate level. Specialist expertise include value-based healthcare, cell therapy (development, manufacturing, operations), ATMP regulation (hospital exemption) and vaccines for infectious diseases.
What did you do before Eradigm?
Before joining Eradigm, I worked across a variety of both lab-based, academic and patient-facing, clinical settings. My most formative experience was the completion of my PhD investigating the potential use of liquid biopsy for the diagnosis and management of breast cancer; a project which kept me very close to patients and the clinic. These experiences gave me valuable insight into the complexities of pre-/clinical development, as well as the patient journey and perspectives of diverse healthcare stakeholders.
What are your passions outside of work?
Outside of work, I am passionate about eating delicious food, going on travels, and petting cute dogs.
