What is your focus at Eradigm?
My primary focus lies in offering strategic guidance to our clients in the Market Access, Pricing, Commercial, HEOR, and Portfolio & Pipeline Optimization realms. Within these types of projects, it is crucial to quickly understand the available evidence in order to build innovative and effective solutions which will translate into faster access to new medications to patients in need. While making sure that our deliverables meet the high-quality expectations of our clients, our recommendations always aim to also provide a clear understanding of the next steps and consider the potential implications coming from internal and external factors.
Who do you work with?
At Eradigm, our clients include global heads of Market Access, Pricing and Commercial from global pharmaceutical companies worldwide and small biotechs. During our projects, we also have to often collaborate with physicians, payers, patient organizations, and single patients from all over the world, to capture their valuable insights and incorporate them into tangible solutions for our clients.
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
My expertise lies in the development of impactful Market Access, Pricing, and Commercial strategies for the successful launch of new products and pipelines globally. Furthermore, I also had the opportunity to build compelling Value Propositions, Value stories, Value messages, Early Economic Models, Evidence Generation Plans, and Global Value Dossiers. Through the projects I led and supported, I was able to develop a good knowledge of several Health Care systems worldwide, including the US, DE, FR, UK, IT, ES, SE, NO, AT, CA, BR, AU, JP, and CN.
What did you do before Eradigm?
Before joining Eradigm I worked with global strategy consulting firms such as IQVIA, PwC, and in a life science consulting boutique called “Stratas Partners”. In those roles, I was responsible for creating marketing-related strategies for global leaders of big pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Over the course of my career, I have successfully managed and supported several projects covering diverse therapeutic areas and types of projects. Before that, I also spent some years in the IT industry in marketing and sales.
What are your passions outside of work?
I love traveling, trying new gastronomic experiences, and going out with my friends. I love sports, in particular skiing, tennis, football and surfing. I also like reading and going sometimes to the opera.
