What is your focus at Eradigm?
My focus at Eradigm is to be the trusted thought partner to all clients, and the Eradigm team, to deliver winning commercial and market access recommendations; driving patient and HCP centricity in all future client discussions and strategies.
Who do you work with?
Global top 50 pharmaceutical companies as well as leading biotechnology companies from IPO and beyond. I have supported a variety of teams across global, regional and local regions spanning marketing, brand, new product planning and market access roles.
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
I have broad expertise in Commercial Strategy. I enjoy solving client complex challenges from planning for a competitive launch through to enhancing a first-to-market ground-breaking launch. Key project areas include: commercial forecast development, patient pathway creation, scenario planning, competitor strategy, omnichannel strategy and, global launch readiness guidebooks.
What did you do before Eradigm?
Before joining Eradigm, I worked for 6+ years at market access as well as strategic consulting firms who focussed exclusively on healthcare. I also gained experience in business development and grant applications for science and technology.
What are your passions outside of work?
Outside of work my main passion is travel, with almost any spare minute used to plan, or go on, my next adventure. I love to explore the outdoors, walk a new trail, and discover a new mountain to ski on. When I am not travelling, I enjoy a games night with great food, family, friends and dog.
