Estela Ioannidou

Estela joined Eradigm in September 2023 as an Associate Consultant, bringing her enthusiasm for aiding healthcare companies in advancing and commercializing therapies, coupled with her professional and academic achievements in the life sciences.

Previously, Estela worked at GLG, supporting multiple clients across the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries to connect with key experts and stakeholders across the product lifecycle. Here, Estela built commercial and industry knowledge, by working on projects across multiple therapeutic areas and stages of development.

Estela holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University College London, which included a neuroscience research project, specifically on the molecular programming of MGE-derived cortical interneurons. Estela also holds an MSc in Genes, Drugs, and Stem Cells – Novel Therapies from Imperial College London, where she explored the cell and gene therapy landscape, and conducted research on the role of key miRNAs in ischaemic heart disease and diabetes.

From her experience at GLG and university degrees, Estela hopes to get one step closer to supporting healthcare clients with product commercialisation, and helping patients get access to treatments.

In her free time, Estela enjoys sewing, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, swimming, and going to the gym.
