What is your focus at Eradigm?

I bring extensive experience in delivering impactful Market Access and Competitive Intelligence projects to drive asset-level, therapy area, and corporate strategy. My focus is to ensure our work is genuinely meaningful and communicated effectively to move the conversation forward.

Who do you work with?

I work predominantly with global brand teams, intelligence & strategy leads, and senior leadership across top 20 biopharma companies and innovative biotech. In 2020, I was seconded in the Cross-Portfolio Strategy team of Roche/Genentech, working directly with SVPs to shape global strategies for China and Digital Transformation.

What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?

I have both broad commercial experience and specialist expertise, including cell & gene therapy (autologous, allogeneic), personalised medicine (digital therapeutics, next-gen diagnostics) and value-based healthcare. My extensive portfolio of projects includes global CI monitoring in cell therapy, payer landscaping in oncology, and strategic workshops in personalised medicine.

What did you do before Eradigm?

Before joining Eradigm, I gained business development experience in AstraZeneca and GSK, and as a consultant for tech transfer office Cambridge Enterprise and cancer diagnostic innovator Owlstone Medical.

What are your passions outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m passionate about global health, entrepreneurship and conservation, previously conducting tropical ecology field work in the spectacular Danum Valley in Borneo. I am also an avid reader of, and listener to, anything related to science, technology, economics, and sociology.
