Board Adviser

Jennifer brings a huge range of Board level experience to Eradigm, with a particular focus on helping high growth organisations set strategic and organizational direction, lead cultural transformation and identify and nurture leadership capabilities across the team. Jennifer is an international Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, working with senior leaders around the world, creating powerful opportunities for personal and organizational growth. She helps leaders better understand themselves, thereby leading their people and their organizations to greater performance. Jennifer’s work has included Board, executive and leadership team facilitation; team building and strategy work; building leadership capability; cultural transformation consulting; conference compering and executive coaching.

In recent years, Jennifer’s work with leaders in challenging environments has taken her to Asia, Latin America and all over Europe and North America. She has worked in over 20 countries and with clients from nearly 100 nations. In the last 20 years, Jennifer has lived in the UK, the USA and Canada. Before launching Golden Thread Leadership in 2010, Jennifer was a Principal Consultant and Global Head of Consultant Development at Lane4, a leading performance consultancy firm based in the UK.

Before joining Lane4, Jennifer co-created the UK Ministry of Defence’s Defence Strategic Leadership Centre (Defence Academy) as Head of Leadership Design and lead for strategic coaching across Defence.

Jennifer earned her MBA in Leadership and Strategy from the University of Strathclyde in the UK; a degree in Biological Sciences (B.Sc); a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (Sports Psychology) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Queen’s University, in Canada. She is an accredited Performance Coach through The School of Coaching in UK (EMCC accredited); is a certified Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) Coach and is trained in NLP, Transactional Analysis, outdoor education and solution-focused coaching. Jennifer is also on the Board of Team Rubicon Canada, a veteran-lead, disaster relief effort.

Outside of work, Jennifer’s interests are equally varied: she began life as a competitive swimmer, but now enjoys waterskiing, paddle-boarding, skiing, gardening, cooking, current affairs, documentary storytelling and being an adventurous Mom to her character-filled seven-year-old daughter.
