What is your focus at Eradigm?

My main areas of focus at Eradigm are commercial strategy and Competitive Intelligence. I help make sense  of complex competitive landscapes and ensure that intricate datasets are brought together in a cohesive manner, such that opportunities and threats can be readily identified, and strategic decisions can be actioned.

Who do you work with?

I work predominantly with strategy & intelligence leads, global brand managers, and senior leadership across Big Pharma and small to mid-size Biotech. This year, I have worked with the brand team of a Top 10 Biopharma to assess the competitive landscape of emerging neurology markets.

What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?

I have a breadth and depth of experience in therapeutic area strategy from high-level cross portfolio to niche rare disease. My extensive portfolio of projects includes global CI monitoring in Alzheimer’s disease, competitor pipeline development benchmarking, and strategic workshops in neuro-immunology.

What did you do before Eradigm?

Prior to Eradigm, I completed a PhD, investigating new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for a rare paediatric disease. To build up my commercial acumen, I also worked as a science advisor for nutrition start-up, Nell Health.

What are your passions outside of work?

I’m an avid cook (I make everything from scratch) and also enjoy mountain trekking (I’m from the Rockies). In my spare time, I keep up to date on exciting content around novel therapies, digital health, and diversity and inclusion.
