Lucille Chetty

Education:
I was awarded a First-Class Honors degree in Psychology from London South Bank University in July 2020. My interest in Human Resources, and People Management is what encouraged me to pursue a MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. I believe that engaging with further study will support me in cultivating sustainable working life for myself and others. I also, have a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and have received certification for this from One Education.

What is your focus at Eradigm?

My focus at Eradigm is within the People and Operations team where I support with the recruitment process, employee engagement as well as participate in building a strong online brand for our company through LinkedIn. I am keen to help Eradigm achieve its key recruitment and employee engagement objectives. I also bring an up-to-date understanding of HR best practice from studying MSc in Organizational Psychology, where I focus on principles of Selection & Assessment, Employee Relations & Motivations and Learning and Development.

What did you do before Eradigm?

Before joining Eradigm, I worked as HR, Training and Administration Assistant for a youth club charity which allowed me to build key HR skills as well as to give back to the community through managing youth workers and volunteers from ranging backgrounds. I see great value in workplaces which are diverse and inclusive and therefore I have also worked for a neurodiversity occupational consultancy as a Coach for neurodiverse employees. In these roles, I have supported employees in building confidence and skills to reach their fullest potential at work.

What are your passions outside of work?

Outside of work, I am usually trying to learn how to cook new and interesting recipes. I love to go out for walks in nature. When I am not doing those things, I am reading fiction or self-development books.
