Nooran Dhillon

Nooran is joining Eradigm in January 2023 as a Senior Associate consultant. Her previous
experience is focused on supporting Pharmaceutical clients with primary and secondary
research on a range of topics including Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial
Assessments.
Prior to Eradigm, Nooran worked at the Gerson Lehrman Group connecting senior
stakeholders within the Pharmaceutical sector with subject matter experts, where she
facilitated advisory boards, expert consultations and in depth quantitative research. Nooran
has prior experience supporting EMEA based clients in a range of therapeutic areas,
including Oncology, Neurology and Rare Diseases where she helped address business needs
from indication prioritisation, clinical development, pricing and reimbursement and go-to-
market strategies.
Nooran holds a MRes in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine from the University
of Manchester and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of York.
Outside of work, Nooran expends her energy in cycling, yoga and hiking and aims to tackle
Snowdon at least once a year.
