What is your focus at Eradigm?
I deliver meaningful and detailed Competitive Intelligence and Commercial Strategy across various projects to inform asset-level and therapeutic area decision making. My focus is to condense large volumes of research into actionable insights and recommendations tailored for our clients.
Who do you work with?
I predominantly work with global brand teams to disseminate strategies across country affiliates, as well as intelligence & strategy leads. I have experience with an up-and-coming biotech to communicate their unique value to potential investors, including a venture capitalist arm of a top 20 pharmaceutical company.
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
I have extensive experience in cell & gene therapy (manufacturing, commercial), immuno-oncology, and beyond-the-pill offerings. My broad portfolio of projects includes long-term CI monitoring in disruptive cell therapies and multiple sclerosis, an implementation guide for a healthcare algorithm, and commercial opportunity assessments in oncology.
What did you do before Eradigm?
Prior to Eradigm, I strengthened my understanding of healthcare systems and resource allocation as an academic public health researcher. I built my commercial acumen as a co-founder of a facial micro-biome screening service, which had won a national innovation competition.
What are your passions outside of work?
I am a sports enthusiast and am especially fascinated by the psychological, medical, and scientific aspects that improve athlete performance. I also enjoy keeping up to date with exciting entrepreneurship in the global health and food sustainability space.
