What is your focus at Eradigm?
Ensuring that all financial aspects of the business are managed effectively. This includes providing clear information for decision-making in a way which can be readily understood by both financial and non-financial users. I see my role as making sure that “everything is working as it should” and providing recommendations, support and guidance on potential areas for improvement.
I also ensure that all finance-related statutory requirements are met, including annual accounts, tax compliance and audit.
Who do you work with?
The Finance Team is an integral part of the Eradigm business – we support, analyse and challenge across all areas where we feel we can make a positive impact.
My primary contacts are the Partners and Senior Management Team – providing them with relevant financial insights and recommendations to help the business to be as successful as possible.
What did you do before Eradigm?
My career as a finance professional spans over 20 years across a diverse range of businesses, from fine art to high-end retail to leisure and hospitality.
Prior to joining Eradigm, I was the Finance Director for a UK based hotel Group – my experience included managing all financial aspects of the difficulties associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, enabling the businesses to bounce back strongly when conditions eventually returned to normal.
What are your passions outside of work?
During the summer of 2021, I achieved a long-term goal to become a Qualified Personal Trainer. I enjoy all aspects of fitness and health and am regularly at the gym. Being from Cornwall, I also enjoy trail running on the coastal paths and open-water swimming, which I combine with beach-time whenever I’m able to.
