Our client, a global biopharmaceutical and diagnostics company, sought to understand and build their position in Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) to create new sources of revenue.

Working with a newly assembled team, we established the foundations of corporate strategy in VBHC through rigorous competitor landscape and market analysis. This was used to create a global framework, targeting hotspots of national VBHC interest aligned with our client’s core capabilities to create sustainable value for patients and shareholders.
