What is your focus at Eradigm?
My aim at Eradigm is to aid clients in the development of strategic recommendations for launch excellence, market access, as well as various other engagement types within the commercial strategy space.
Who do you work with?
I typically work with therapeutic/brand-specific global/local teams of top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
What is your specialist expertise, and what types of projects do you work on?
I have extensive experience across various types of commercial & market access strategy engagements, from due diligences to brand strategy engagements.
Key project areas include: commercial opportunity assessments, brand/portfolio strategy, analogue analysis, patient/product pathway analysis, market access strategy.
What did you do before Eradigm?
Prior to Eradigm, I spent ~5 years working at various LS-oriented strategy firms focusing on product commercialisation, market access, digital transformation, and launch excellence.
What are your passions outside of work?
Besides work, I enjoy keeping physically fit through a variety of sports including bouldering, Muay Thai, and general physical exercise, as well as less-physical activities such as playing the violin and tending to my orchids.
