What is your focus at Eradigm?

My focus is to ensure that our time is invested in the most meaningful areas of the business. I bring extensive experience in delivering strategic HR agenda and efficient Operations projects to drive the business success, increase revenues, maintain profit margins, choose the most impactful and profitable projects, and optimise overhead cost.

Who do you work with?

I am privileged to be able to work closely with the Partners and Senior Management Team to inform our company strategy, I also enjoy working with the Consultants team on the management and operational parts of the business, and of course coordinate between the Finance team and Operations team. This means I get to work with everyone in Eradigm!

What did you do before Eradigm?

I have over 17 years’ experience as a strategic HR Practitioner. I have worked closely with Executive Management in large Charitable, Financial and Pharmaceutical organisations, and have won a reputation as a resilient and strategic thinker, who can lead from the front and deliver success.

What are your passions outside of work?

In my spare time I love to experience new things, whether it be jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet, horse riding or exploring new and exciting destinations both at home and abroad, I very rarely sit still.

I am passionate about where I come from, and love to cook classic home Syrian delights for family and friends to share, as well as teaching Arabic to the eager young minds of tomorrow.
