Eleanor Hollis

Eleanor joined Eradigm as an Associate Consultant in September 2023, bringing with her experience in market research and a passion for healthcare. In her previous role, she focused on health economics, project management, and primary and secondary research for large pharmaceutical companies and small biotech. Eleanor has experience utilising a breadth of research techniques to help support clients’ submissions to HTA bodies and product lifecycle management.

Eleanor holds a BSc Honours in Pharmacology from The University of Southampton. During this programme, she evaluated the potential of a new disease-modifying treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease. Eleanor’s interest and passion for healthcare systems and pharmaceutical development led her to purse a MSc in Pharmaceutical Formulation and Entrepreneurship at UCL. In her MSc dissertations, she formulated a 3D printed multi-drug-loaded suppository for the treatment of acute severe ulcerative colitis in addition to assessing its commercial feasibility in a business case analysis. As a result, Eleanor has become passionate about the development of personalised medicines and processes to support the efficiency of healthcare systems.

Outside of work, she is an avid runner and frequent gym-goer who loves to run to new coffee and pastry shops on the weekend and will always try and persuade others to join her. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and exploring new places.
